Erinus Alpinus (Plantaginaceae)

$12.00

A cute and easy to grow alpine plant that will happily grow between rocks and stone walls in sunny location. It forms a low mound of evergreen leaves and small, purple and pink flowers atop a leafy stem in late spring into summer. Seeds around, but can be kept controlled by growing in a rock garden or amongst stones or pavers. We have been propagating a cultivar called ‘Dr Hahnle’ with pink flowers from early to mid summer.
